Job Opportunity: Sales Account Project Manager

Location: Treviso, Italy

Intercos, a leading Italian group renowned for its innovation and excellence in the cosmetics industry, is seeking a Sales Account Project Manager for the US Market Sales Area. This role focuses on developing new projects, combining both Operational Marketing and Sales Administration tasks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customize and develop new projects based on client requests, coordinating with internal departments (R&D, Color Development, Industrialization, Planning, Quality, Packaging) to adapt formulas, colors, technologies, packaging, and pricing.
  2. Manage client relationships from project inception, receiving briefs and coordinating client visits.
  3. Develop formulas in collaboration with technical services and communicate pricing after consulting with the supervisor.
  4. Monitor and update the Rolling Budget for new orders to meet financial objectives.
  5. Develop projects and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
  6. Define commercial aspects with clients, formalizing them into sales contracts.
  7. Collaborate with Quality and clients to prepare the Quality Dossier for each project.
  8. Coordinate internal services to validate technical elements and participate in production startups during client visits.
  9. Support foreign subsidiaries in understanding project details, especially when production occurs abroad.
  10. Process customer orders and maintain communication during production and after-sales issues.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics, Languages, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
