It is an exciting time at Sensient, where your individual performance will be rewarded with unlimited earning potential. We are looking for an Account Manager South Europe for our Personal & Home Care business.

This job will report to the Sales Manager South Europe and will be based out of a home-office in Italy (preferably Milano Greater Metropolitan Area), requiring intense travelling (approx. 60%) to visit clients, support your distributor, and connect with central services headquartered near Paris.

What you'll do
  • Visit customers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal to create opportunities and deploy necessary technical and commercial actions to secure growth.
  • Create and follow up on diversification programs to ensure activity across all areas of expertise.
  • Manage a distributor, keeping them updated, conducting joint meetings with main customers, and providing training.
  • Establish growth strategies and maintain distributor satisfaction with support from your Sales Manager.
  • Support at local exhibitions and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support your success.
  • Report timely on activities using common platforms and communicate with support services.
  • Participate in meetings to follow up on projects and needs.
What you’ll bring
  • BS Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B technical sales experience (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) with measurable results.
  • Strategic approach to developing and winning business, with skills in selling highly technical, value-added solutions.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian (or committed to learning the missing language quickly).
  • Drive and passion to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
