Italy Sales Account Manager is a key member of the BioCatch commercial EMEA team, focused on driving account management and sales activities within Italy’s Banking and Financial Services market.

The role involves:

  1. Managing tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in Italy.
  2. Implementing strategic account plans for new, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Ensuring high customer satisfaction within these accounts.

We seek a dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial sales professional to develop revenue from existing and new customers. This role covers the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including identifying whitespace opportunities, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Requirements

  • Increase sales revenue from existing BioCatch accounts, focusing on developing new business within these accounts.
  • Drive strategic account plans, manage opportunities, and close deals with a consultative approach.
  • Build and develop strategic partnerships with customers, channel, and technology partners to support BioCatch’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with executive management and leadership to exceed sales targets and enhance customer success.
  • Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, including Business Development, Cyber Strategy, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Account Management, to maximize revenue and technology adoption while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance BioCatch’s brand presence within strategic accounts.
  • Lead strategic sales and marketing activities and represent BioCatch at relevant events.
  • Manage forecasts accurately, including pipeline management and reporting.
