HR Transformation Project Manager at DOMO Chemicals | Supply Chain Management

In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams you seek for business development in your respective segment of Engineering Materials, you make your customer portfolio grow and ensure their satisfaction, in a nutshell you contribute to company growth strategy, and have the opportunity to increase our circular solutions.

Your responsibilities :

  • You define prospecting targets and develop new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric & Electronics or Consumer& Industrial Goods) including : healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, water management.
  • You manage key customers relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You define and deploy commercial plans and activities. You develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers.
  • You manage / support innovation, facilitate product launch and coordinate the new application developments at the targeted accounts

How will you get there :

You own a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent, have an international experience in sales. You speak fluently in English and Italian.

You can demonstrate the below set of skills :

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools
  • Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastic
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
