This is a field sales position responsible for achieving the sales targets within the assigned territory. The candidate should have technical expertise in QPCR, dPCR, Sequencing, and demonstrate credibility to consult and influence decisions on technology and product choices.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive business expansion in Research market and NPI launch.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to meet objectives.
  • Maintain updated territory and action plans; anticipate pipeline changes.
  • Develop and review strategic action plans regularly.
  • Maintain knowledge of technical, market, competition, and application aspects.
  • Use CRM and IT tools for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and tracking.
  • Build reference sites and interact with Key Opinion Leaders.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Master's degree (or higher) in biology or life sciences.
  • Experience with QPCR technology preferred.
  • Sales experience in research field preferred.
  • Ability to develop strategies that promote growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the area.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Virtual selling experience optional.
