Sales Account Manager – Genetic Analysis, Triveneto

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sales Account Manager for Genetic Analysis in the Triveneto region.

Work Schedule: Standard (Monday to Friday)

Environmental Conditions: Various outside weather conditions

This field sales position is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in QPCR, dPCR, Sequencing, and be credible in advising on technology and product choices. The role involves promoting sales of QPCR, dPCR, and Sequencing in research markets, executing sales strategies, and meeting company objectives within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Expand business in research markets and support new product launches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to meet sales goals.
  • Maintain updated territory and action plans; anticipate pipeline changes.
  • Develop and review strategic action plans regularly.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of technical, market, and competitive aspects.
  • Manage sales processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and tracking using CRM tools.
  • Establish reference sites and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Master’s degree (minimum MSc) in biology or life sciences.
  • Experience with QPCR technology is preferred.
  • Research sales experience is preferred.
  • Skills in strategy development and implementation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with virtual selling is a plus.
