Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce, offering advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon’s websites, proprietary devices, and the Amazon Advertising Platform. We believe that advertising, when done well, can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.

As a Sales Account Manager, you work with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies, driving incremental revenue and growing advertisers’ investment on Amazon. You will consult with clients to define their goals and develop tailored advertising strategies using complex data-driven insights to enhance their understanding of campaigns and business objectives. Internally, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Agency, Creative, and Product Specialist teams to ensure advertiser success.

This role requires strong sales skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for solving complex business problems. You will focus on maximizing campaign performance, securing renewals, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The position demands excellent presentation, negotiation, and client management skills to challenge and educate advertisers while driving revenue growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in selling digital advertising
  • Negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience analyzing data and creating narratives for clients
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales and client-facing experience in advertising
  • Experience in brand and media planning
  • Knowledge of Retail Media industry
  • Experience with Performance Ads solutions
