Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce, offering advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon’s websites, proprietary devices, and the Amazon Advertising Platform. We believe that well-executed advertising can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.

As a Sales Account Manager in the Not Endemic team, you will work with advertisers and agencies across industries such as Finco, Telco, Travel, Entertainment, and Banking to create and execute advertising strategies. Your goal is to drive incremental revenue and grow advertisers’ investments with Amazon Ads solutions. You will consult with clients to define their objectives and develop tailored advertising strategies, utilizing complex data-driven insights to enhance their understanding of campaigns and business goals. Internally, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Agency, Creative, and Product Specialist teams to ensure advertiser success.

In this role, you should be passionate about solving complex business problems, possess strong sales skills, and be motivated by revenue objectives. Analytical skills are essential to develop data-driven recommendations, maximize campaign performance, and identify opportunities for renewal and growth. This client-facing role requires excellent presentation and sales skills to challenge and educate advertisers while driving incremental revenue.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Extensive experience in digital advertising sales.
  • Proficiency in annual brand and media planning.
  • Experience analyzing data, generating insights, and creating compelling narratives for clients.
  • Sales experience within the advertising industry.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Italian.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
