Job Description:

Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce, offering advertisers innovative advertising solutions across Amazon’s websites, devices, and the Amazon Advertising Platform. As a Sales Account Manager, you will work with advertisers and agencies to develop and execute advertising strategies, aiming to increase revenue and grow advertisers’ investments on Amazon. You will consult with clients to define their goals and develop strategies using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize revenue. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Agency, Creative, and Product Specialists is essential to drive success.

This role requires strong sales skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for solving complex business problems. You should be adept at creating media plans, analyzing data, and presenting insights to clients, aiming to improve campaign outcomes and foster renewal and expansion.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Achieving revenue targets while managing complex advertiser relationships.
  2. Growing existing client revenues, potentially regionally.
  3. Collaborating effectively with partner teams to meet shared goals.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis focus.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in brand and media planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance assessment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in process improvement and innovation.
  • Knowledge of digital creative production, ad serving, attribution, and media math.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
