Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships in business development with healthcare giants as well as start‑ups in Europe
  • Manage end‑to‑end sales processes and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high‑quality insights
  • Maintain client activity, track opportunities, and manage pipelines in CRM tools
  • Mentor and support future team members
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
  • Grow sales in Europe according to company objectives
  • Be driven by results and aspiration to grow a European division in Malta
Who You Are
  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management in B2B, preferably in healthcare, market research, or consulting
  • Experienced in managing startup accounts and building strong partnerships
  • Skilled in CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.
  • Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship‑builder
  • Excited to mentor and train colleagues in the future
  • Knowledge of healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
