As part of our strategy of increasing our resources in the Italian market, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our European team. The position is working from home with a preference in the Milan or Turin regions. We expect close collaboration with the various Allegro offices in Europe.

The position is responsible for the development and growth of assigned customers, reporting to Allegro’s Sr. Sales West Director.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the sales process from demand creation to closing of the business opportunity.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Allegro’s existing products in the automotive and industrial market to support growth with emphasis on complex motor drivers, analog and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
  • Identify specific new programs and evolving market trends and the associated technical requirements in close cooperation with field application engineers and the relevant business units.
  • Progress already existing opportunities.
  • Maintain forecast and opportunity funnel up to date.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Position Requirements

  • Master’s degree in electric / electronic engineering or technical field preferred.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in sales.
  • Strong skills in communication.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in setting up effective sales coverage.
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
