Competenze

e-work SpA, HR company in continuous growth, is seeking professionals to join as Sales Account Junior to strengthen the internal sales network across various HUBs and Branches.

We are looking for determined individuals with a strong focus on results and relationships, capable of developing and consolidating relationships with client companies and prospects in the HR sector.

The resource, in coordination with sales colleagues, will be responsible for business development, working closely with the recruitment teams.

Main Activities

  • Developing the client portfolio through prospecting activities and direct contact (phone, visits, events, networking);
  • Managing and retaining active clients, analyzing needs, and proposing customized solutions in staffing, recruitment and selection, staff leasing, and training;
  • Drafting and presenting commercial offers;
  • Negotiating and closing contracts in line with company policies;
  • Monitoring the reference market.

Required Skills

  • Diploma or degree in economics, law, or humanities;
  • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in HR or business services;
  • Strong aptitude for consultative sales and building trust-based relationships;
  • Knowledge of the local business fabric and willingness to make visits in the territory.

  • Classification according to the CCNL Commercio;
  • Salary commensurate with experience, with a variable bonus system;
  • Meal vouchers;
  • Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
