The Adecco Group is seeking a talented individual for the Graduate Program in the Sales department at the Milan branch.
This is a unique opportunity to train and acquire skills through an experiential path, preparing you to take on key roles in the Sales sector, from Account Specialist to Branch Manager.
In the initial phase of the Graduate Program, you will start with an internship as an Account Specialist at one of our branches. Here, you will get to know the Adecco Group and its brands, experiencing the sales world firsthand and receiving comprehensive training.
During the program, you will work alongside the Branch Manager to gain mastery of the role. Subsequently, you will independently develop commercial activities and foster customer loyalty in your territory, becoming a Sales Account.
At the end of the journey, you will reach the role of Branch Manager, managing a branch, its turnover, and the team.
