What does your day-to-day in this role look like

• Effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client
• Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, advise on marketing strategies, respond to and negotiate RFPs, create media plans, overcome objections)
• Evangelize the platform and explain how its audience can help their business
• Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation
• Work independently, managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas

Requirements

• What do you need to be successful at this job?
• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Experience in online sales
• High School Diploma
• EU passport / ID or a Portuguese resident card
