Sales Account Executive – Italian Market

Location : Italy or other European country (remote)

We are helping medical doctors in their daily practice by creating a new digital ecosystem where they can easily access the most useful professional resources. By reducing the time spent searching for content and tools, they can dedicate more time to patients.

You are responsible for generating revenue and expanding our business and partnerships through sales efforts. You will identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals while staying informed about current market conditions. Specifically, you will develop business in marketing, content, and data for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Design tailored solutions for each client
  • Acquire marketing, digital, product, medical affairs, and data clients in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Secure new partners to help distribute our offerings
  • Maintain accurate information in our CRM
  • Track daily activities and follow-up steps to ensure timely engagement

Who you are?

You have :

  • A degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related life sciences, or experience in the healthcare sector (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Previous experience with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration, influencing, and facilitation abilities
  • Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple sources with strong attention to detail
  • A drive to meet sales targets and explore new opportunities
  • An entrepreneurial and creative mindset, eager to learn and grow daily
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, capable of working independently, resilient, and flexible
  • Team-oriented attitude, willing to support colleagues' success
  • Native proficiency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English
