Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline of opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle for the Italian market.

We are seeking a proactive individual, ready to grow quickly and contribute to the success of Audience AI , our cutting-edge solution for analyzing and predicting customer behavior, improving marketing performance.

What you will do

  • Pipeline generation : You will identify new business opportunities through cold calling (100+ calls per week) and email outreach (200+ emails per week) to the ideal customer profile, with the support of AI-based lists and tools that we will provide;
  • Participation in industry events : You will attend selected industry events to build your network and develop additional opportunities;
  • Managing qualified leads : You will receive pre-qualified leads from our Growth team and turn them into concrete sales opportunities;
  • Complete sales cycle management : You will be responsible for the entire process, from the first interaction to closing, supported by our Growth team for more technical proposals and complex commercial negotiations.

Requirements

Who you are

  • Proven experience : 5+ years in sales roles within software, preferably SaaS MarTech, with a strong track record of achieving targets;
  • Passion for marketing technology : Familiarity with technologies like CDP, web analytics, CRM, and the adtech ecosystem;
  • Proactive approach : You love challenges and find creative solutions even where there’s no clear path;
  • Willingness to travel : We are an international company, and you will frequently attend industry events to build relationships with clients;
  • Confidence with the Italian and English language : Although your main market will be Italy, our team is international, and you will often need to communicate in English with colleagues, as well as occasionally support in managing international prospects.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation : Permanent contract with a base salary (RAL) of €40,000-50,000 + variable compensation of €20,000-30,000, with no cap if goals are exceeded;
