Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive with a strong background and network in the digital marketing world and a track record of selling to mid-sized companies and enterprises. You should have experience in managing the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing, and be able to generate pipeline through both your personal network and proactive outbound efforts.
You’ll be selling Navla’s marketing technology solutions to Digital Managers, eCommerce Managers, Marketing Directors , and similar roles in mid-sized Italian companies.
Your responsibilities
- New Business Pipeline generation : Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities through personal networking, targeted research, and participation in high-value industry events. Proactively expand your professional network while leveraging connections from the group’s executive leadership and existing customer base to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Opportunity creation through collaboration : Partner with heads of departments and delivery teams to participate in key industry events, positioning the firm as a thought leader and generating qualified opportunities through meaningful interactions and strategic engagement.
- End-to-end deal management : Take ownership of the entire negotiation process, from initial discussions to contract closure, working closely with the delivery team to craft tailored, high-impact proposals that meet client needs.
- Relationship building : Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting connections with key stakeholders in marketing and digital teams at medium-to-large enterprises, positioning Navla as their go-to partner for data consulting and intelligence solutions.
- Strategic growth : Consistently identify and secure new business opportunities, driving Navla’s market presence and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
- Client relationships : Build strong, lasting connections with stakeholders in marketing and digital teams at medium-to-large enterprises.
Who you are
- Proven experience : 5+ years in sales roles within MarTech or in selling services and consultancy focused on Digital Analytics, Search Intelligence, Data Integration for marketing services, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets. A strong existing network in the industry is essential, enabling a fast ramp-up to deliver results within the first months. Experience and relationships in the banking, retail, or other data-intensive verticals will be considered a significant advantage.
- Relationship building : A track record of establishing and nurturing high-value relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in digital marketing and digital analytics departments of medium-to-large enterprises, particularly in sectors such as banking, retail, and FMCG , where data-driven solutions are critical.
- Platform expertise : Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and solutions relevant to data-driven marketing and analytics, such as digital analytics tools, business intelligence solutions, marketing data warehouses, market intelligence platforms, and media optimization technologies. Familiarity with leading technologies in these areas is highly valued.
- Client-centric approach : Exceptional consultative sales skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and design tailored solutions, ensuring long-term value for both clients and the company.
- Internal and external collaboration : Proven ability to build strong relationships not only with clients but also within internal teams, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Results-oriented mindset : A driven professional with a clear focus on achieving results. You excel in a hunting-focused environment, are motivated to generate a pipeline, and can leverage your existing network to hit the ground running.
