Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Account, you are the main contact for future and existing students, from the moment they inquire until they complete their course. Your tasks include sales and customer support— in person, online, and by phone—to ensure we offer the best service to our customers. This is a hands-on role to inspire, motivate, screen, and coach potential candidates for our language programs.

Skills

The position requires goal-driven attitude, strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to balance efficiency with first-class customer service. You should enjoy routine administrative tasks and have excellent communication skills for pitching promotions.
Basic Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
