About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Agent to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in finding new sales leads and achieving sales targets in Campania (Italy). You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  2. Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  3. Understand customer needs and promote/offer solutions and support
  4. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  5. Establish relationships with new customers
  6. Maintain and grow positive business relationships with existing customers
  7. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  8. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  11. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  2. 2-3 years of experience in the role or in the sales field
  3. Fluent in Italian and good in English
  4. Branded companies from Consumer B2C industries or Hotel and Leisure industry (cruises companies, tour operators, yatching), global services or luxury goods or design and furniture, or high end sport goods companies
  5. Consultative selling approach, direct sales, and negotiation skills
  6. CRM management knowledge and Lead management expertise
  7. General knowledge and use of digital devices and tools
  8. Wellness oriented: sporty, passionate about wellness lifestyle
  9. Confident and charismatic approach to people
  10. Excellent teamwork, humility, and integrity
  11. Ideally passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive
