Our client is a European leader in psychological assessment and associated services. We are seeking a SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER.

The Sales Account Manager will be based in central Italy, covering Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Marche, and Umbria. The role offers the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment alongside talented professionals.

We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professional who reports to the Head of Sales Italy. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling products, services, solutions, or projects within the designated geographic area.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting products and services and developing proposals
  2. Driving the customer through all sales phases
  3. Developing profitable relationships to achieve sales objectives and identify new business opportunities
  4. Providing regular updates on activities through the corporate CRM

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of the health environment, specifically in the public service sector
  • University Degree
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Preferably residing in Emilia Romagna or Toscana
  • Negotiation skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork aptitude and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
