We are currently seeking a Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud Developer to join our team in BLR/HYD/CHN/NOI/PUN, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new division within one of the largest technology providers globally. You will contribute to building next-generation digital services across the SFDC platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and document solutions within the Salesforce.com platform.
• Maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations with third-party solutions.
• Serve as a first point of escalation for service issues, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review test scripts; perform unit testing.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Develop Apex classes and Visualforce pages following Salesforce standards.
• Create Apex test classes with at least 90% code coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, completing at least 5 projects.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Sales or Service Cloud Certification.
• 3+ years developing custom logic in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Triggers.
• 6+ months experience with APIs, SFDC Integration, Web Services, REST/SOAP, DevOps, and data visibility management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Aura Framework, security configurations, and data migration tools.
