Your responsibilities
  • Build and manage commercial relationships with customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability.
  • Provide customers with an exceptional professional experience by analyzing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Develop sales plans and proposals aligned with market needs.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster beneficial collaborations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to prepare accurate sales plans and bids.
Your background
  • Engineering degree or technical diploma (electrical, electronic, mechanical, management, energy) with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in sales; familiarity with automation and electrical machine manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English is advantageous.
  • Skill in translating customer requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent team player.
