Deliver a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and lasting experience to all external and internal clients. Support the management team and colleagues while consistently upholding our Maison values, image, and standards.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  2. Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, prioritizing their needs and anticipating future requests.
  3. Cultivate a strong client portfolio to ensure proactive and expanding business.
  4. Drive performance to surpass individual sales and KPI goals through a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
  5. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients, demonstrating passion for fashion culture.
  6. Build genuine and transparent relationships with clients.
  7. Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  8. Utilize all available tools effectively to maximize business opportunities.
  9. Support front and back-of-house teams, fostering team spirit and achievement.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
PROFILE
  • Experience in providing high-quality service focused on client expectations, preferably in fashion & accessories retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Personal taste and passion for fashion; ability to create personalized looks.
  • Natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Open-minded with a preference for a company that values audacity and authenticity.
  • Strong team spirit to achieve common goals.
  • Comfortable with tools and applications; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
