An established industry player is seeking a Safety and Prevention RSPP to ensure compliance with safety regulations across various projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee risk assessments, manage health and safety requirements, and coordinate safety measures for events and construction sites. Your expertise will help maintain high safety standards and facilitate training programs, ensuring a safe working environment. If you have a strong background in health and safety, particularly in the luxury sector, and possess excellent leadership and project management skills, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Competenze

  • 7-10 years’ experience in H&S roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety laws and procedures.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Safety and Prevention RSPP.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Contribute to the identification of risk factors and risk assessment in compliance with the Italian regulations in force.
  2. Manage H&S requirements in contractors’ contracts.
  3. Verify the qualification of the work execution phase during store constructions/restructuring projects, either directly or through local references.
  4. Supervise restructuring/construction works to ensure safety and quality outcomes (before, during, and after works).
  5. Coordinate safety aspects during construction/restructuring projects related to shops, offices, and events.
  6. Design, plan, and coordinate safety measures for events.
  7. Conduct H&S audits on construction/restructuring sites.
  8. Organize routine and extraordinary maintenance of technological plants and new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety laws.
  9. Participate in H&S regulatory monitoring, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including documentation and archiving.
  10. Verify that suppliers adhere to laws and company HSE policies.
  11. Develop safety procedures for employees.
  12. Perform Root Cause Analysis for workplace accidents.
  13. Plan and manage periodic injury prevention training as required by law.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. 7-10 years’ experience in H&S roles, preferably in the luxury sector or consulting firms.
  2. Knowledge of relevant safety laws and procedures.
  3. Project management experience: designing, planning, and coordinating safety activities and events.
  4. Experience in safety auditing is preferable.
  5. Education: engineering, architecture, or technical degree (Bac +5).
