We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to support a fast-paced North American parts distribution center operation. This position is onsite and will serve as a key member of the safety team during the second shift , while also supporting collaboration with the first shift safety staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace safety within a warehousing or manufacturing environment , with hands-on experience in incident investigation, training delivery, and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough accident, incident, and near-miss investigations ; implement corrective actions.

Develop and deliver required safety and OSHA compliance training .

Support and manage mobile equipment certification programs and tracking.

Serve as a safety advisor on the 2nd shift, assisting in risk identification, audits, and hazard controls .

Partner with leadership across shifts to ensure safety standards are met consistently.

Spend approximately 50% of the time on the shop floor engaging with teams and identifying safety opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Strong safety background in a warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing setting

Experience with OSHA standards and compliance

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated experience in incident investigation and training

Able to work 2nd shift (2 : 30 PM – 11 : 30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Safety degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential

Experience managing mobile equipment certifications
