MACI is seeking a safety-focused professional to support daily safety activities and manage workers’ compensation claims. The role involves conducting safety checks, audits, and ergonomic reviews while maintaining records and coordinating with HR and medical providers.

The position emphasizes return-to-work planning, early intervention, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold a culture of safety and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Experience with safety programs, OSHA records, accident reports, workers’ compensation claims, or return-to-work plans preferred.
• Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills required.
• Must be able to handle private information with care.

Duties And Responsibilities

This role supports safety first. It also handles all workers’ compensation claims and helps with general safety duties.

• Support daily safety activities and help reduce workplace risks.
• Complete safety checks, audits, job reviews, and ergonomic reviews.
