the proposed research programme pursues two complementary objectives. First, it aims to develop an integrated analytical platform capable of comprehensively assessing both the safety and nutritional quality of innovative protein ingredients through the application of state-of-the-art analytical methodologies. Second, it seeks to implement a range of capacity-building and knowledge-transfer activities for researchers from the MENA region through blended learning, online education, and on-site training programmes, thereby strengthening scientific expertise and fostering long-term international collaboration
