Windsor.ai is seeking a strategic Content Lead to own and scale our content function globally. You will shape the editorial framework, collaborate with marketing, product, and sales, and drive organic signups through technically compelling content about APIs, ETL, dashboards, and data integrations.

You’ll recruit and mentor writers, align content with product capabilities, and report on performance. This is a remote, high-visibility role with global impact and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Track record building or scaling content programs for software/marketing tech with measurable growth.
• Able to read product docs on APIs, data pipelines, or dashboards and translate into compelling content.
• Experience briefing, editing, and managing freelance and in‑house writers.

Mansioni

• Own the content roadmap and editorial calendar for blog, integrations pages, and comparison content to drive organic signups.
• Lead a bench of writers, provide briefs, feedback, and editorial standards.
• Review content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before publication.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, and signup attribution to optimize performance.
