Un'importante azienda nel settore logistico cerca un analista S&OP per ottimizzare la distribuzione e migliorare le metriche di performance. La figura svolgerà analisi di dati e visualizzazioni, sarà coinvolta in progetti collaborativi tra team e dovrà avere esperienza in SQL e Excel. Laurea in settori tecnici è necessaria.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Statistica, Informatica o campi correlati.
• Esperienza nell'analisi dei dati e dell'ottimizzazione dei processi.
• Competenze in Excel e SQL.

Mansioni

DESCRIPTION

Our last-mile team seeks a customer-focused, analytically skilled business analyst to join us. This role involves leveraging data analysis and visualization tools to improve efficiencies and reduce costs, supporting our expanding Hub Delivery program in Europe. Amazon Hub Delivery partners with local small businesses to deliver flexible, cost-effective services, and is experiencing exponential growth globally.
The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to optimize planning, execution, and process improvements, tracking progress against goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and comfort working with technical systems and large data sets.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing volume allocation and flow to partners and jurisdictions
• Aligning EU Hub Delivery and Sales & Operations teams to improve metrics through joint projects
• Developing queries and visualizations for ad-hoc and ongoing reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques, and using data to drive improvements
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
• SQL experience, including defining program requirements and analyzing data for improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience in process improvements
