Job Description
The Rx Brand Manager will help translate the strategy for prescription (Rx) products into a local market plan to maximize brand value, achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets, and manage the local marketing mix within the budget. Additionally, it involves exploring new market opportunities, monitoring competitors, and creating action plans. All actions must comply with national laws (like Law 231 and D.lgs 81/08), Galderma's Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions.
