Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda is seeking a proactive Runner to support our dining team at Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, Cala Petra Ruja, Sardinia. This role focuses on assisting the floor, maintaining organized sections, and delivering impeccable service in a luxury beach club environment.

The position offers live-in accommodations, meals during shifts, and a CCNL Turismo-aligned contract with overtime and bonuses. Fluency in English is essential, and prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Fluent English required.
• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Must have right to work in Italy.
• Personal transportation is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist dining team on the floor to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain well-prepared sections and anticipate guest needs.
• Support waiters and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.

Position: Runner

Location: Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, Cala Petra Ruja - Sardinia

Season: May 25th - August 31st (possible extension until September 15th or shorter contracts available)

Opening Hours: Daytime operation (11.00 to 19.00)

Contract: Italian CCNL Turismo - D Level (with overtime & bonuses)

Benefits: Shared accommodation and meals during shift provided

About The Role

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and service-driven Runner to support our dining team on the floor.

You will work closely with the waiters to ensure a smooth service flow, mantaining well prepared sections, supporting guest requests, and actively ensuring an organized and efficient environment throughout the day.

Your role involves being active on the section, anticipating team needs, and contributing to the overall guest experience in a high-end, fast-paced luxury setting.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow within premium hospitality, learn service dynamics, and develop strong operational foundations.

Prerequisites

• Strong work ethic and positive, proactive attitude


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-focused environment


• High attention to detail and willingness to support all aspects of service


• Previous experience in restaurants, beach clubs, or hospitality venues is preferred


• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus


• Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)


• Personal transportation is preferred due to the location
