Nikki Beach Cocktail Club in Porto Cervo is seeking a proactive Commis Runner to support our cocktail waiters and floor team during the May–September season. The role involves helping with setup, closing, cleanliness, and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-end venue.

Ideal candidates are reliable, work well in a team, and are eager to learn hospitality operations. Ability to work in Italy full-time is required; onsite work at The Nikki Beach Cocktail Club.

Location: The Nikki Beach Cocktail Club, Porto Cervo
Season: May 25th to September 10th (shorter contracts available)
Opening Hours: 18:00 - 01:00
Contract: Italian CCNL Industria Turistica, D1 level

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set-up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back-of-house operations run seamlessly.

This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.
