Professional - Used Trucks Business Manager

Mission of the Job

You will be part of the management team, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation and success of the Used Trucks organization. Your goal is to make the used trucks business a self-sustained activity that contributes to the overall market and meets business plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability, in line with Renault Trucks policy.
  2. Lead and unify your team and the private dealer network around a common business strategy, providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
  3. Develop sales channels for Used Renault Trucks towards private networks and direct customers.
  4. Set residual values for buy-back programs following Renault Trucks guidelines, ensuring appropriate provisions for future risks.
  5. Determine purchasing prices for trade-ins, repossessions, and purchase-to-sell units based on market conditions.
  6. Coordinate with new truck sales to define buy-back frameworks and optimize product configurations to enhance resale value.
  7. Manage used truck inventory to improve stock rotation and reduce capital tied-up.
  8. Collaborate with the Market Marketing Team to develop comprehensive used truck offers in compliance with company policies.
  9. Participate as a member of the Management Team.
  10. Stay informed about industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  11. Lead your team by clarifying responsibilities, providing support, and fostering development.
