Tennant Company in Italy seeks an experienced RSPP to develop and oversee the site Health & Safety management system, ensuring compliance with Italian legislation and corporate standards.

You will guide management and employees on safety matters, perform risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture across the organization, collaborating with Operations, HR, Maintenance, contractors, and local authorities.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Qualification to act as RSPP according to Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, including Modules A, B, C.
• 3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Italian Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 management systems and auditing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

• Ensure compliance with local Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
• Identify hazards and perform risk assessments with preventive measures.
• Develop and communicate safety procedures, work instructions, and emergency plans.
• Monitor application of internal Health & Safety procedures by staff and contractors.
• Coordinate safety training programs and awareness initiatives.
• Maintain Health & Safety documentation, records, permits, and registers.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and safety observations for improvements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses; identify root causes and corrective actions.
