An established industry player is seeking an RSPP HSE Manager to lead environmental health and safety initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with EHS policies, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture of safety within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing innovative practices to enhance EHS performance and manage waste disposal in line with regulations. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.

RSPP HSE Manager -BAT

Main Responsibilities:

·Ensure adherence to EHS policies and manage waste disposal in line with EU and local laws;

·Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, implementing corrective measures and tracking performance improvements;

·Oversee emergency preparedness, including developing response plans and coordinating drills;

·Foster employee involvement in safety and environmental initiatives by providing training, driving engagement, and identifying improvement opportunities;

·Implement IWS standards and strive toward a zero-loss objective through loss analysis and benchmarking;

·Maintain accurate documentation of EHS activities, incidents, and compliance efforts, preparing reports for management and regulators;

·Identify opportunities for continuous EHS performance improvement and implement innovative practices.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, industrial engineering, or a related field;

·RSPP certifications (e.g., CSE) or equivalent and proven experience in EHS roles;

·Experience in emergency response and crisis management;

·Comprehensive understanding of EHS regulations and standards (local, state, federal).
