Job summary

ACCIONA Construction Italy seeks a Head of Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) for its Ravenna project. You will oversee safety, health, and quality systems, continuously improving procedures and training across site activities.

The role requires a strong background in prevention techniques, ISO standards, and site auditing, with experience on major civil works. On-site in Ravenna, you will coordinate cross-functional safety initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Prevention Techniques or related field.
• RSPP qualification per Italian legislation 81/2008 is required or ideal.
• 5+ years in similar roles within civil works or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 safety/quality systems.
• Propose and manage safety plans and procedures for protection.
• Identify risk factors and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare Risk Assessment Document and training programs.
• Develop safety procedures for company activities.
• Select PPE and define related control systems.
• Conduct internal and external safety inspections and investigations.
• Prepare health and safety documentation under legislation.
• Verify subcontractors' professional suitability (VITP).
