ACCIONA Construction Italy is seeking a Head of Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) for its Ravenna project. You will lead safety and health programs, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, and coordinate risk assessments and training across construction activities.

The role requires a strong background in health and safety management on civil infrastructure sites, including maritime projects, auditing, and subcontractor supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's in Prevention Techniques for the Environment and the Workplace is required.
• Master's in Environmental, Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems is considered an asset.
• RSPP qualification and training compliance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop safety and quality management systems per ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Develop safety plans and procedures to protect employees' health and safety.
• Identify risk factors and implement preventive measures on site.
• Prepare Risk Assessment Documents and employee training programmes.
• Deliver in-house health and safety training and monitor compliance.
