Le candidat idéal jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion de la sécurité au travail, avec des opportunités de croissance professionnelle dans un environnement centré sur la sécurité des employés.

Competenze

  • Expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans des environnements d'entreprise, de préférence dans les secteurs de la construction et des installations.

This is a structured and growing company active in the civil and industrial construction sector, with specialization in restoration, infrastructure, plants, and biogas projects. The company mainly operates in the Apulia region, with potential future assignments nationwide depending on project developments.

We are looking for a

The Health and Safety Officer (RSPP) will play a key role in managing workplace safety and health, identifying risk factors, developing preventive and protective measures, and training workers to ensure healthy and safe work environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify risk factors and assess company risks
  • Develop preventive and protective measures for safety and health at work
  • Develop and update safety procedures for company activities
  • Propose training programs and information for workers regarding safety
  • Participate actively in consultations on health and safety at work
  • Provide specific safety and health information to workers

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Safety Engineering, Management Engineering, or a diploma with extensive experience
  • At least 3 years in corporate environments, preferably in construction and plant sectors
  • Deep knowledge of current health and safety regulations
  • Experience in developing preventive measures and coordinating training programs
  • Ability to work in a team and manage projects independently
  • Permanent contract
