Job summary

ISS International S.p.A. is seeking a Construction Manager to be based at the biorefinery project in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will lead field teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with technical specs.

Starting Oct 2026 for 6 months with fixed-term employment; 10 hours per day, 5 days per week. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, QA/QAE, and ensuring HSE on site to deliver completion and pre-commissioning milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and field supervisors.
• Knowledge of project controls and scheduling.
• Familiarity with HSE procedures on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly meetings with discipline subcontractors.
• Participate in client construction meetings.
• Promote revisions of the detailed construction schedule.
• Verify works against technical specifications.
• Coordinate material delivery schedules.
• Prepare detailed work progress reports.
• Ensure quality inspections per plan with QAE.
• Enforce HSE management on site.
• Assist with subcontracts and changes.
• Ensure alignment with plant pre-commissioning.
• Support contract changes and claims.
