We are currently seeking a Machinery Engineer, reporting directly to the Machinery Section Head, to join our equipment engineering division team based in Rome, Italy.
About the Job
You will work within the Rotating Equipment Section, responsible for technical selection, detailed engineering development, and supplier management for plant turbomachinery. You will lead the integration of equipment across all technical aspects and interfaces with the plant, verifying conformity with project specifications throughout the equipment's lifecycle from selection to delivery at the site.
Key interactions include internal collaboration with Project teams, Procurement, Process, Construction, and other engineering disciplines; externally with Clients and Suppliers.
The role involves:
Opportunities for business trips include attending technical meetings, visiting vendors, and supporting activities on-site during erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
