Jefferson Wells Italia is seeking a Product Support & Maintenance Engineer for Rotary Wing products in the Aeronautical sector. The role involves leading a cross-functional team to deliver timely technical support, troubleshoot complex hydraulics and landing gear systems, and drive product improvements through structured feedback and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field; or equivalent aerospace experience with landing gear expertise.
• Solid experience in aerospace product support, technical support engineering, or related roles (preferably in aerospace mechanical and hydraulic systems, actuators and landing gears).
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Willingness and ability to travel for meetings and assistance on-site.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead and collaborate with the Product Support Engineering team to provide timely technical support and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including troubleshooting guides and service documentation.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide updates on issues.
• Coordinate with product development and design teams to resolve issues and feed back field data to backlog.
• Define enablement programs for customers and teams and optimize support platforms to measure health and usage.
• Coordinate activities across plants in the Aircraft System BU (Italy and abroad).
