Position Overview

The housekeeping attendant will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager of the property and will work in a fast-paced environment. The job will be on call and based on operational necessities.

Responsibilities

1. Satisfy guests and exceed guest expectations
2. Project a positive hotel image
3. Collect and distribute guest laundry
4. Clean all designated areas in the hotel as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
5. Report missing or damaged items
6. Report lost and found items
7. Maintain a clean and neat operational area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent team player with attention to detail
