Position
The Room Attendant at Hotel Pitrizza is dedicated and detail-oriented to work with high integrity provides a luxury experience to our guests.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
This role is crucial in ensuring our guests experience a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and stocked supply cart.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Profile
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
