Azienda Anonima cerca un/una Client Advisor per la boutique di Roma, in orario full-time. La risorsa offrirà un servizio clienti di alto livello, con approfondita conoscenza di prodotti di moda e lusso, diffondendo la filosofia e la cultura del brand.

È richiesto entusiasmo per la moda, esperienza nel settore luxury, capacità di costruire CRM/Clienteling e di lavorare in team, mantenendo elevati standard di presentazione e gestione delle operazioni di vendita.

Competenze

• Esperienza in ruoli simili nel fashion e nel lusso.
• Capacità di guidare e superare obiettivi del negozio.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Mansioni

• Fornire un servizio clienti di alta qualità rispondendo alle esigenze e trasmettendo la filosofia del marchio.
• Supportare i clienti durante la vendita e offrire consulenza su tendenze e prodotti di lusso.
• Gestire CRM e clienteling per consolidare relazioni e fedeltà al marchio.
• Contribuire al rispetto delle linee guida visive e ai ricavi del punto vendita.
• Gestire operazioni di cassa e attività post-vendita.

For our Boutique in Rome, we are looking for a full-time Client Advisor.

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the busi

ness

• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM and Clienteling strategies
• Build strong team collaborations
• Contribute to maintain the visual display of the products in accordance with visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
• Be confident with cashier procedures and after sales management
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with the Company's standards and policies

Key Requirements
