We are looking for a Robotics & AI Engineer (Autonomous Systems)

Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Robotics & AI Engineer (Master’s required) to bridge cutting-edge research and real-world deployment.

You’ll work with leading universities, implement and validate algorithms on our autonomous robots, and increase system robustness through rigorous testing and debugging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, integrate, and test perception, planning, and control algorithms in simulation and on real robots.
  • Collaborate with university partners to scope milestones and translate research into production-grade software.
  • Design and execute experiments; analyze performance, expose failure modes, and iterate for robustness and reliability.
  • Produce clear documentation and share insights across research and engineering teams.
Skills
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or related field.
  • Strong motivation to work at the intersection between AI and Robotics.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Hands‑on experience with Linux, Bash, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of deep learning and computer vision (experience with at least one DL framework, e.g. PyTorch, JAX, Tensorflow).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ROS 2, autonomous navigation stacks, SLAM, sensor fusion, or motion planning.
  • Familiarity with simulators (Gazebo, Isaac, Webots).
  • Experience training DL models on image or 3D data representations.
  • Experience running jobs on GPU clusters and/or deploying DL models on edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson)..
