TSMG seeks Robotics AI Data Collection Operators to support development of next‑generation intelligent robotic systems. You will interact with robotic platforms, perform structured tasks, and generate high-quality demonstration data used to train AI models.

Responsibilities include operating robotic systems, performing demonstrations, ensuring consistency and quality, and contributing to data annotation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination are essential for precise data collection and task execution.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Comfort with performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate data collection interfaces and record outcomes.
• Experience with gaming controllers or simulation platforms is a nice-to-have but not required.

About the Role

In this role, you will interact directly with robotic platforms, perform structured tasks, and generate high-quality demonstration data used to train advanced AI models.

Your work will contribute to the development of robots capable of performing real-world tasks across homes, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and service environments.

Responsibilities

Robot Operation

• Operate robotic systems using teleoperation interfaces and specialized controllers
• Perform demonstrations of physical tasks to generate training data
• Execute repetitive tasks with a strong focus on consistency and quality
• Follow detailed operational procedures and data collection protocols

Data Collection & Annotation

• Capture and validate training data generated during robot operation
• Review completed demonstrations for quality and accuracy
• Assist with annotation and verification activities
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks

Continuous Improvement

• Provide feedback on robot behavior and task execution
• Support testing of new robotic workflows
• Help improve data collection procedures and operational efficiency
