Do you have experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations? We are looking for a Road Logistics Sales Representative for our Siziano office.

Your Role

The Road Logistics Sales Representative works within the Road Logistics Function. Road logistics at Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset, providing road shipping and forwarding solutions to meet customer performance goals. You will partner with clients across various industries, including Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial, and High Tech, offering a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates with a hunting spirit, eager to go above and beyond for fair rewards and professional achievement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers in collaboration with sales development managers.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, promoting company solutions and suitable services focused on road logistics products.
• Promote the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and provide support as needed.
• Manage data and contribute to Customer Engagement Strategy, ensuring high service quality.
• Take accountability for customer retention according to set KPIs.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Creative and genuine about selling the best products and services.
• Highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities.
• Fluent in Italian is required; good English communication skills are a strong advantage.
• Degree in business-related fields from a university.
• Experience in sales business.
