Your Role

The Road Logistics Sales Representative works within the Road Logistics Function. Road logistics at Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset, providing road shipping and forwarding solutions to meet customer performance goals. You will partner with clients across various industries (Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial, and High Tech) and offer a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking individuals with a hunting spirit, eager to go above and beyond for fair rewards and professional achievement. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers in coordination with sales development managers.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, promoting company solutions and the most suitable services focusing on road logistics products.
  • Promote the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
  • Gather customer feedback, support service improvements, and assist when needed.
  • Manage data and contribute to Customer Engagement Strategy, ensuring high service quality.
  • Take ownership of customer retention according to KPIs.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Creative and genuine about selling the best products and services.
  • Highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Fluent in Italian is mandatory; good English communication skills are a strong advantage.
  • Degree in business-related fields from a university.
  • Experience in sales business.
