Systematica in Milan is seeking a Road Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to design of urban and interurban road projects, from concept to detailed design stages, collaborating with planners and engineers.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of road design experience, strong CAD skills, and BIM proficiency (InfraWorks, Revit, Navisworks). Italian and English fluency is required.

Competenze

• University Degree in Transport Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Road Design projects.
• Strong knowledge of road design principles and standards (Italian and international).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D / Civil Desing for road geometry and modeling.
• Ability to prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.
• Teamwork and communication in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Italian and English spoken and written.
• BIM for Infrastructure (InfraWorks, Revit, Navisworks) experience.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the design and development of urban and interurban road projects from concept to detailed design.
• Support integration of road design within multidisciplinary projects involving transport planning and urban design.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, geometric layouts, and cross sections using design software.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and architects to ensure design quality.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical input and design updates.
• Assist in preparing project reports, design documentation, and tender materials.
