American Addiction Centers is seeking a School Nurse for the Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center - Work Campus Care: School Nurse Program. The ideal candidate holds current RN licensure and has completed an accredited nursing program.

This full-time role requires 36 hours per week with a Mon-Fri school schedule and CPR certification; responsibilities include administering medications, basic first aid, and coordinating care for asthma, diabetes and epilepsy.

Pay Range:

$25.30 - $37.95

Major Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Standing and walking for
extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries weight up to 50 pounds. Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols with vision
and hearing within normal range to respond to Code alerts and equipment alarms. Work-related stress due to volume and time constraints with
irregular working hours.
